The food menu at Cabin primarily features original meat dishes; a place where carnivores gather. CABIN’s food and drink program is Asian-inspired with a focus on local seasonal products.

Meet CABIN’ Bartender
Sullivan was drawn initially to the food and beverage industry thanks to its flexible hours, which could easily accommodate his jiu-jitsu training schedule. As he worked his way through roles in a Brazilian restaurant, a Spanish restaurant and a steakhouse prior to CABIN, Sullivan developed his palate and skill set for the bar world – discovering the beauty of wine and craft cocktails.


In developing cocktails for CABIN, Sullivan spends time studying classic recipes and thinking of ways to put his own unique twist on them. Highlights from the current menu include the Cachaça Elixir, merging flavors from Brazil and Japan with Cachaça, ume liqueur, Luxardo, absinthe, egg white and lime, and the light and refreshing Aperol Hojicha, a highball with Hojicha infused Aperol, soda and lemon.
